These individual breakfast pizzas are a perfect sweet and savory breakfast treat!
One of my favorite things about food blogging is the chance to virtually “meet” other foodies and build a community. There are so many talented bloggers out there and I love reading about the delicious food they are making. I was honored when Tina Jui from The Worktop asked me to do a guest post on her site. Tina is a former L.A. based corporate lawyer who left her job, moved to England, started a delicious blog, and is now the store manager and barista at a coffee shop in London. I’m kind of jealous! You should definitely check out her blog if you love breakfast food. Just check out these brown butter almond milk waffles, dippy eggs and grilled cheese, and this totally amazing pop-up brunch that she hosted. I’m so impressed! And now I want to find a pop-up brunch in Boston.
These individual breakfast pizzas are up on her blog as today’s guest post. As you may remember from this post from last year, I am a huge fan of breakfast pizza. I’m perfectly happy with my go-to overnight oatmeal or green smoothie, but I’ll have a smile on my face all day if I can start my weekend off with pizza for breakfast.
These little pizzas are individually sized and are a perfect sweet and savory combination. The jam, goat cheese, and egg complement each other really well and the scallions add a delicious bite. They’re also pretty simple to pull together and even easier if you decide to buy your dough (though I always recommend making your own). Click on over to The Worktop for the recipe and to read a little interview with me. Thanks for inviting me to be a guest blogger Tina!
