Ready for fall cocktails? Apple cider sangria is a great Fall cocktail made with sparkling wine, apple cider, and apple slices. Perfect for a large crowd!
I don’t want to jinx it, but it finally feels like fall in Boston and I’m in heaven. Fingers crossed it stays like this and I can dive head first into fall baking/cooking season. But first things first — Fall drinking season is here people! Bring on the cider, the pumpkin, the hot toddies, and most definitely the Apple Cider Sangria! This sangria could not be easier to make and it’s delicious to boot.
I made this sangria this past weekend to bring to a fall harvest party. It was super easier to mix up and the recipe makes enough to serve a crowd. Just stir together some apple cider (the non-alcoholic variety), calvados (or cognac), apples, and a bottle of dry sparkling wine. It’s really that easy.
This is the perfect drink to sip on while thinking of fun fall activities. Anyone have anything planned? I’m thinking leaf peeping, maybe a haunted house or maze, definitely cider donuts, and a couple of fairs. Just need to find time to fit it all in!

I tried out a cinnamon sugar rim but I don’t think you need it.
